Welcome to Day 6 of the 12x12 Agent Fast Start Challenge! Today is your first opportunity to put your preparation into action and host an open house that leaves a lasting impression. This is more than just a showing—it's your chance to demonstrate expertise, engage with potential buyers, and build your personal brand as a reliable, professional agent.

Today's Objectives

Time Commitment: 1–2 hours

Why It Matters:
A clean, staged, and welcoming property creates a positive emotional connection with visitors, increasing the chances of engagement and serious interest.

2. Host the Open House

Time Commitment: 3–4 hours

Why It Matters:
The open house is not just about selling the home—it’s about positioning yourself as a knowledgeable, personable real estate expert.

3. Follow Up with Attendees

The work doesn’t end when the doors close. Follow up to nurture leads and encourage next steps.

Steps:

  • Review the sign-in sheet and note any comments or questions

  • Send a personalized thank-you message to each guest

  • Provide requested details (e.g., school districts, local amenities)

  • Add all attendees to your CRM for long-term nurturing

Sample Message:
“Hi [Name], thank you for attending the open house at [Address]. Let me know if you have questions or want to revisit the home—I’m here to help!”
