Build your contact list from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
Personalize each message using their recent posts or shared interests
Use a friendly, authentic tone
Send via direct messaging tools on each platform

Time Commitment: 4–6 hours
Why It Matters: Your sphere of influence is your most powerful starting point. Today, you're planting the seeds that turn into referrals and clients down the road.
The key today is not pitching. It’s listening. The most effective conversations are about them—not you.
Steps:
Focus 90% of the discussion on them
Ask about family, hobbies, and recent milestones
Show curiosity, empathy, and active listening
Don’t mention listings, open houses, or appointments
Why It Matters: Trust and authenticity lead to influence. People refer agents they know, like, and trust—this is how you become that agent.
Only after the relationship is established do you casually share your new professional path.
