1. Identify and Schedule Your Open Houses

Objective: Find a listing from your brokerage to host open houses on the first Saturday and Sunday.

Steps:

  • Contact Your Brokerage: Reach out to your brokerage to find available listings suitable for open houses.

  • Select a Property: Choose a property that is appealing and in a good location to attract potential buyers.

  • Schedule the Open Houses: Confirm the dates and times for your open houses (first Saturday and Sunday, 1-4 PM).

Time Commitment: 1-2 hours

2. Secure a Location for the Seller-Focused Workshop
