Access Funneltopia Ads Manager:
Go to Funneltopia.io/dealflow and log in to your account.
Navigate to the 'Ads Manager' section.
Select Open House Ads:
Go to the 12x12 Agent Challenge folder.
Select the 'Open House' ads template.
Set Up Your Campaign:
Campaign Name: Name your campaign something identifiable like "Open House Campaign."
Budget: Set the budget to $50 per day until Sunday.
Radius: Define a radius around the open house location:
Urban Areas: 30 minutes drive (about 20 miles)
Rural Areas: 60 minutes drive (about 50 miles)
Review and Publish:
The ad copy, images, and other settings are pre-defined to ensure compliance with housing ad regulations.
Double-check all the details and click “Publish” to launch your ad.
Time Commitment: 15 minutes
