Welcome to Day 3 of the 12x12 Agent Fast Start Challenge! Today is all about setting up your Facebook ad campaigns to attract attendees to your open houses and the upcoming seller-focused workshop. Additionally, you'll be creating two weeks' worth of social media posts to keep your audience engaged and informed.

1. Set Up Your Facebook Ads for the Open Houses

Objective: Create and run targeted Facebook ads to attract attendees to your open houses scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday.

Steps:

  1. Access Funneltopia Ads Manager:

  2. Select Open House Ads:

    • Go to the 12x12 Agent Challenge folder.

    • Select the 'Open House' ads template.

  3. Set Up Your Campaign:

    • Campaign Name: Name your campaign something identifiable like "Open House Campaign."

    • Budget: Set the budget to $50 per day until Sunday.

    • Radius: Define a radius around the open house location:

      • Urban Areas: 30 minutes drive (about 20 miles)

      • Rural Areas: 60 minutes drive (about 50 miles)

  4. Review and Publish:

    • The ad copy, images, and other settings are pre-defined to ensure compliance with housing ad regulations.

    • Double-check all the details and click “Publish” to launch your ad.

Time Commitment: 15 minutes

Steps:

  1. Select Workshop Ads:

    • In Funneltopia Ads Manager, go to the 12x12 Agent Challenge folder.

    • Select the 'Workshop' ads template.

  2. Set Up Your Campaign:

    • Campaign Name: Name your campaign something identifiable like "Workshop Campaign."

    • Budget: Set the budget to $50 per day, starting on Sunday (after the open houses).

    • Radius: Define a radius around your location:

  3. Draft Your Posts:

    • Event Announcements: Create posts to promote your open houses and workshop.

    • Property Highlights: Showcase the features of the properties you’re hosting open houses for.

    • Real Estate Tips: Share useful tips for buyers and sellers.

    • Client Testimonials: Highlight positive feedback from past clients.

    • Engaging Questions: Ask questions to encourage interaction and engagement.

  4. Schedule Your Posts: Use a social media scheduling tool like Buffer, Hootsuite, or the scheduling feature within Facebook and Instagram to plan out your posts for the next two weeks.
