Expectations

Time Commitment:

  • Daily: 4-6 hours

  • Morning Tasks: Call all new leads, follow-up with existing leads

  • Evening Tasks: Review lead data, prepare for the next day, send thank-you messages

Cost Breakdown:

  • Daily Facebook Ads: $50/day for 12 days = $600

  • Sponsorships and Paid Events: $300-$500

    • Sponsorship of Local Kids Event/Sports Team/School: $100-$200

    • Church/Community Center Sponsorship: $100-$200

    • Local Business Event Sponsorship: $100

  • Open Houses: Schedule open houses for the first Saturday and Sunday.

  • Workshop: Book a location for the seller-focused workshop on the second Friday.

Step 3: Plan Your Sponsorships and Outreach

  • Identify Groups: List potential local kids' events, sports teams, schools, churches, and business events to sponsor.

  • Budget Planning: Allocate your budget for these sponsorships.

Step 4: Prepare Your Marketing Materials
